About Me

I am Michael, president of the company. My experience in the construction industry began as a carpenter and ironworker on several high-rise buildings. I did reinforced concrete work, as well as structural steel. This was in 1971.
In 1978 I attended evening college classes and started my own company; CNW Construction Inc.
Over the course of time, I have built 65 custom homes, completed a multi-million dollar town home project in Hood River as owner/developer, completed a 17 million dollar renovation at Skamania Lodge located in the Columbia River Gorge, and various large commercial, industrial and residential projects.
My capabilities range from preparing the job estimate, obtaining and organizing subcontractors, to physically overseeing the work in the field.
My ability during the 40 plus years is seeing a project through, from beginning to end, and within budget.
I listen to my clients wants and needs, in order to bring their vision to fruition, with complete satisfaction.
